Keyes Management

Keyes Commercial Senior Management; Mike, Ted, and Tim PappasLike most family owned organizations, Keyes is led by its owners.  Michael Pappas serves as the CEO and President, and is responsible for providing the company's strategic vision, overseeing operations, and planning expansions and acquisitions.  His brother Tim Pappas, responsible for all financial aspects of the business, is Senior Vice President of the company.  Their father, Ted Pappas, is the company's Chairman.

Under Ted's leadership, the company has grown from under 100 sales associates to a commercial and residential sales force of more than 2,000. Having joined The Keyes Company as a branch sales manager in 1962, he was named Chairman in 1969 when management control shifted to him from founder Kenneth Keyes. He has long been involved in various civic, religious and community activities with groups including the United Way, the First Presbyterian Church of Miami, and the Miami Chamber of Commerce.
